Ken was great! We searched for over 7 months. It took viewing 13 houses, offers on 7, two contracts, & 1 failed inspection. Ken was right there to hold our hand and reassure us the entire time. No matter if it was 7am or 10pm he was always available and ready to help. If you need an agent you can trust please use Ken. At one point I viewed a home without my husband (he had to work) and the market was so tight I tried to make an offer. Ken said no let Ross see this first, he had my best interest in mind (that was totally not the house for us, and Ken knew it!) If you need an agent to help you find your dream home and maybe even become a member of the family please call Ken!

Best in the business, always made himself available, great local knowledge, will educate you and take care of you at the same time. Helped my Family and I purchase our fist new home while I was out of state but Ken always made the time for me and constantly kept in good communication with me. He did his homework and found a home that just hit the market while I traveled down to meet him and it met all of our needs, highly recommended!

Ken Talbert was a fantastic agent for us. The housing market is utter insanity and yet Ken worked with us remotely to secure a wonderful home in Mobile for a reasonable price. If it weren't for Ken's dedication and trustworthiness our moving situation would have been incredibly difficult, however he made it our most seamless home buying experience to date. I can't recommend him enough. We're a young military family moving to the area from the East Coast and had to contend with an unanticipated deployment that dramatically reduced our timeline to find our home. Ken leveraged technology to ensure we could know exactly what we were getting into and it really made us feel at ease. The flexibility he displayed made it all possible for us. Thank you Ken! For everyone else, please do yourself a favor and let Ken help make you a believer that homebuying doesn't have to be a wildly stressful event.

When looking for an agent we went through AARP. They recommended Mr. KEN Talbert, who proved to be an outstanding realtor. He listened and remembered what we were looking for in a home. This was a cross country move and needed him to act fast on what homes we were considering. We looked every Morning and by that afternoon or sooner they were already pending. Due to Mr. Talberts quick response we were able to purchase the home without physically seeing it. He sent us a video of the home so we could make an informed decision. He helped us from start to finish and handled every detail for us, which helped us to stay stress free. For every question there was an answer. Excellent follow through. We would highly recommend Mr. Talbert for anyone buying a home in the baldwin county area. Thank you Mr. Talbert! You are the very best realtor we have had! P.s.....Ken insured our check from AARP was already waiting for us in our new home on the kitchen sink. What a good man.

This man was a joy to work with! Scheduled meeting dates and times for what best worked for us even though it may have been inconvenient for him, gave amazing recommendations, was completely honest with us on certain properties, helped us get an offer accepted super fast, went above and beyond helping us with closing after having multiple setbacks due to other people not doing their job correctly, super professional, friendly, and all around great person. Highly recommend!

HANDS DOWN BEST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE! Buying a home can be an emotional roller coaster with a tremendous about of difficult decisions, intricate to detail, and overall real estate knowledge . Our Family was referred to KenTalbert when we were stationed in Alaska and needed a home that would provide everything for our Family moving cross country. Ken showed us elite customer service, by providing Empathy, Satisfaction, Listen, patience and Caring. Empathy to understanding our needs, Satisfaction in ultimately making sure our family was satisfied with our new home, Listened wholeheartedly as to what we were looking for, Patience in investing his time needed to deliver the best outcome, and Caring about the outcome and what our family was facing when moving cross country and the requirements needed in what is best for our family.. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed in buying our first home for our Family.
